Smart Building Certification hits the Danish market in collaboration with PropTech Denmark. PropTech Denmark looks to explore, expand, and provide this more holistic approach to property than the traditional certifications currently available on the Danish market:

Instead of looking at the solutions in isolation, Smart Building Certification allows us to look at the overall performance of the buildings and how the solutions are actually used and perform as a whole. In other words, we can now think of buildings as a platform for sustainability, communities, services for the people who live there, and other brand new business models which drive better use of buildings as a resource than we have seen before." – says Nadim Stub, Managing Director of PropTech Denmark.
Smart Building Certification and Proptech Denmark are going to focus on a partnership in three primary areas. 1.) Supporting the education of what smart is, how it can be done, and why it is important 2.) Support buildings and companies together to certify and benefit from the transformation framework to become smarter 3.) And finally, follow through, supporting best practices, optimisation, and improvement.
