Smart Building Collective and ICONICS are going to focus partnership in three primary areas. 1.) Sharing the ICONICS transformation story and how their digital smart building stack has evolved 2.) Work together to make the complicated language of smart easier to understand 3.) And support buildings, solution providers, to integrate and build seamless smart buildings. They have the technology and are open to collaborate with others, starting with a Smart Building Solution Certification to share what they do.

In the spirit of making it easy to augment data, systems and sensors, the ICONICS development team have built many vendor-specific communication protocols and APIs that make it fast, easy and secure to onboard PropTech into the IBSS Digital Twin, hosted in Microsoft Azure. Yes, we support a rich array of IT, OT and IoT protocols for secure data sharing, but IBSS also comes with out-of-the-box connectors for plug-and-play connectivity. Think top-drawer occupancy sensing (from the likes of PointGrab™, Irisys and VergeSense), and real-time Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) sensing (from companies like Awair, Elsys and Synetica). IBSS also has many pre-built software integrations, such as Office 365 and mainstream booking and visitor management systems for when IBSS bridges digital eco-systems. IBSS supports all of these and more, and they look forward to more partnerships.
