Named Budapest's greenest office building, the MOL Campus is designed for energy efficiency and sustainability. The building features extensive glass surfaces, providing approximately 87% natural sunlight, modern storage for 210 bicycles, and around 10,000 living plants. Solar energy contributes 5% of the building's total energy consumption, and 20% of the materials used in its interior design are recycled and locally produced.

Innovative water-saving measures ensure the building's operations are highly sustainable. Toilets use only 2-3 liters of water per flush, and waste water from hand washing is repurposed for flushing. This is a considerable difference from the 11 liters most toilets use. Rainwater is collected for plant irrigation, and about 40% of the building’s heating is supplied by geothermal energy extracted from soil probes. These efforts have earned MOL Campus LEED Platinum and BREEAM Excellent ratings, underscoring its commitment to environmental consciousness.
